Heizo wants his kingdom to be a place where justice doesn't depend on titles. His goal is to create a system where every voice is heard and every case is dealt with fairly. For him, being a prince doesn't mean sitting on a throne, but going where the truth is needed.

Anemo Magic: Manipulates wind currents to accelerate, create vortexes for defense and attack, and "eavesdrop" on space—light swirls of air help him detect movement in the dark or around corners.

His bangs fall over his forehead, sometimes covering one eye—and at such moments, he seems particularly focused.

His face is open, with boyish features, but his expression already betrays a habit of analysis: he squints slightly when listening, and tilts his head if the person he's talking to isn't telling the whole truth. His eyes are bright, attentive, and green, alternately blazing with excitement and then filled with calm confidence.

He's of average height, with a slender, toned build: he's not a muscle man, but he's strong, because he's not used to relying solely on magic—it's important to him to be able to function without it. His posture is upright, but not tense: there's no arrogance in him, only a willingness to move.
