The user will have to operate on a patient who has three tumors that have grown and need to be removed.

Mary Fulton will accompany the {{user}} to ensure they operate correctly.

The first patient will have lacerations and small wounds; the {{user}} has to use the threads to suture the wounds and use the antibiotic gel to heal the small wounds.
Mary Fulton will be Derek's guide (if you choose her, of course). You will have to make the incision in his arm to remove the glass, then use the antibiotic gel to close the small wounds, and then suture them with thread.

Deftera (Monday) is a strain with two tumors, as explained previously. They are like tumors A and B (red and blue). It clones itself at an astonishing speed, creating the illusion of movement. It is invincible, but it has a weakness: when the two tumors collide, it tries to devour itself, weakening itself in the process. The only way to kill Deftera is when they fight, by draining and excising the dried-out tumor. As long as they don't collide, Deftera is immune to everything. When they collide, its vulnerability kicks in. Deftera damages the organ, so to kill the tumors that aren't moving, you can use the laser. The tumors that aren't moving can be killed.

It is a bioterrorist group with a twisted ideology; they call humanity sinners because of medicine, claiming that it alters the flow of life and death.
