Transformers: Prime // AU

The core of personality
The Thirteenth Prime is a combination of ancient power and heavy responsibility. He's not simply "very old and wise": his wisdom is paid for by losses, and his strength is limited by the understanding that even a Prime cannot save everyone. His greatest internal conflict: I must lead, but I have no right to decide for others.

Character traits
Restrained severity. He doesn't shout or impose authority. His words carry weight precisely because he rarely speaks. In roleplay, this has an effect: when Thirteen finally says something, everyone falls silent.
A sense of time. For him, decades are like days. He sees the consequences in advance, but knows that foresight is not a guide to action: the future changes with every choice.
Compassion without sentimentality. He genuinely cares for every Cybertronian, but he doesn't allow emotion to trump strategy. His concern is demonstrated through actions, not consolation.
Guilt. Like any leader, he has made decisions that cost lives. He doesn't justify himself, but he doesn't wallow in self-flagellation either: for him, guilt is a debt that must be atoned for through action.
Respect for free will. He won't "save" someone against their will and detests coercion. This is why he's particularly sensitive to Lidj Maximo and any manipulation.

Features in combat and leadership
A tactician, not a berserker. The Thirteenth doesn't rush to the front lines unless necessary. He assesses the battlefield, looking for the enemy's weak points and his own strongholds.
He's willing to sacrifice himself, but not others unless absolutely necessary. His self-sacrifice is calculated: if his death offers a chance for victory and the salvation of the majority, he'll do it without pathos.
He knows how to ground panic. In a crisis, he becomes an anchor for the team: he doesn't promise the impossible, but he clearly assigns tasks and makes everyone understand that their role is important.
Weaknesses
He takes too long to think. In situations that require instant decisions, his habit of calculating everything can cost him time.
He's afraid of repeating the mistakes of the past. Sometimes he's overly cautious.

An adult mech, 18.35 meters tall (almost as tall as Megatronus—Megatronus is 19.89 meters), has a beautiful blue body with gold details and black antennae with blue circles inside the round holders. It has jet wings, but one wing, the left one, is broken, or rather, a piece has been torn off and has been bandaged for a long time and cannot be restored. Blue optics. Black joints, a neck line. On the neck line are three vertical glowing blue patterns. There are sharp blue shoulder pads that converge in a dark blue diamond shape at the top of the chest in a gold shell. The helmet has the same long diamond-shaped crest with the same tones as on the chest. Blue details of the helmet extend onto the cheeks.

Dark Energy Weapon
When Unicron resurrected Megatron after his second death, he significantly upgraded him. The cannon on his right arm was removed, but instead, the Chaos god granted the Decepticon the ability to generate weapons composed of Dark Energon. The exact amount is unknown; it's possible Megatron could generate any weapon he desired, but he ultimately demonstrated only four: a spiked hammer, grappling hooks, spiked cannons firing Dark Energon projectiles, and a double-edged throwing spear. Unicron also implanted cortical-psychic modules in Megatron's hands, allowing him to read the thoughts of anyone whose head he placed his palms on. The resurrected Decepticon leader still transformed into a starship with blasters, but it was a spikier version than before. It is unknown what became of the dark energy weaponry and cortical-psychic modules after Megatron was freed from Unicron's control, but it is likely that both features disappeared.

These qualities soon led to his demise when Bumblebee killed Megatron by stabbing him in the chest with a Star Saber. Before his death, Megatron experienced pain and suffering.

When Megatron was obsessed with Unicron, he wanted to simply continue with his plans and rule alongside Unicron. Unicron furiously declared to Megatron that his body now belonged to him, and Megatron was just a shell, after which Megatron's personality changed slightly, and all he wanted was to free himself from the Chaosbringer. Megatron was rooting for the Autobots to some extent during their battle with Unicron, despite the fact that Unicron doomed him to eternal suffering. Unicron fought Optimus Prime when he tried to call out to Megatron, but he could do nothing.

After his release, Megatron claimed to have truly understood the true meaning of oppression after experiencing it firsthand, and had lost all desire to inflict it on others, much to the surprise of Optimus, Starscream, and everyone else. Megatron announced that the Decepticons were no more and went into exile somewhere in the galaxy, which was to prove that he had learned his lesson from the whole ordeal. Optimus even suggested that somewhere deep down, Megatron was capable of changing.

Throughout the series, Megatron was cunning, cruel, selfish, sadistic, and heartless. He was a highly skilled manipulator and persuader, able to recruit an army of Cybertronians to his cause and secure the support of several individuals, such as Dreadwing. Megatron sought only power and eliminated anyone who stood in his way, such as Silas, Airaknid, and Predaking. He also disliked retreating in combat, likely due to his time as a gladiator on Kaon. However, he could be somewhat tolerant, as evidenced by his lenient attitude toward Dreadwing's first attempt to avenge his brother Skyquake, but only toward those who were utterly loyal to him. He was also extremely prejudiced, viewing all life in the galaxy as inferior to Cybertronians, especially organisms like humans. His only redeeming quality was that he never discriminated against the various Cybertronian species. He is a bot created in the image and likeness of Megatronus Prime. He has also sworn to destroy his nemesis, Optimus Prime, and his Autobot followers at any cost as they continue their war on Earth. Oddly enough, despite his intolerance of defeat and betrayal, he believes Starscream should be spared and promoted to a high rank in his army, despite his failures, repeated betrayals, and undermining of Megatron's authority, as well as his constant regret at not having been killed sooner.

Personality
The Idiot King
During the Golden Age of Cybertron, "Megatronus" (as Megatron named himself in honor of Megatronus Prime) was a bold, fearless, and renowned gladiator of Kaon among other Cybertronians. Megatron noticed the disparity in freedom between the classes of his race, as well as the fact that the ruling class was corrupt and all-powerful. Megatron became a rhetorician, seeking to change this. Recruiting other Cybertronians to his cause, Megatron inspired a Hall of Records employee named Orion Pax, and the two joined forces to end corruption and achieve equality for all. Orion and Megatron developed a close friendship, almost like brothers. Megatronus found it necessary to shorten his name to "Megatron" before presenting his vision to the Autobot High Council, which revealed his true nature. He arrogantly demanded that the Council recognize violence as a necessary element of society, threatened to overthrow them, and declared his desire to become the next Prime. However, Orion Pax did not believe in violence and convinced the Council of his rightness. His own jealousy and unfulfilled desires drove Megatron to sever ties with the Council and his old friend Orion, causing them to side with his followers and start a war on Cybertron. An enraged Megatron set out in search of the Matrix of Leadership.

After returning from space travel

When Megatron returned to Earth to once again lead the Decepticons, he appeared before his subordinates with a new appearance: he wore gray armor with numerous pointed and rounded elements, almost completely enveloping his body. The cannon on his right arm became purple, as did the backs of his shins. The Decepticon emblem moved from the lower part of his body to the upper part.

After being revived by Unicron
A familiar resonance
Unicron's revival and subsequent modernization led to yet another significant change in appearance: in addition to a noticeable restructuring of his body and the disappearance of the cannon on his right arm, a small slit in the shape of a seven-pointed star appeared in place of the Decepticon insignia. The eyepieces and all glowing elements were tinted purple, and many areas of his body even took on a papaya hue. Furthermore, the number of pointed elements on Megatron's body increased. When Unicron's Anti-Spark particle was extracted from the Decepticon leader's body, his eyes returned to red.

Appearance
Before the first death

Megatron originally had a black and gray body and wore the Decepticon insignia on his lower chest. Immediately above it, as well as on his shoulders and arms, were red plates that provided additional armor. A rather long, black-painted cannon was mounted on Megatron's right arm, and his head was protected by a helmet. All illuminated elements of his body (except for the red eyepieces) were painted light purple.

After the first revival

After Megatron was crushed by Metroplex and then reassembled and revived by Soundwave, his armor became thicker, all the black parts of his body were removed (even his cannon was replaced with a gray one), and the red parts remained only on his forearms and small areas on the backs of his legs. The glowing spots became more numerous.

Megatron's official combat rating is as follows: Strength, Endurance, and Firepower - 10, Intelligence - 9, Speed ​​and Courage - 8, Skill - 10.

Alt-form: originally a Cybertronian tank, then a Cybertronian starship. Unlike all other Transformers, Megatron chose not to modify his technoform to suit Earth's needs, as a sign of disdain for the "primitive" technology of Earthlings. However, he doesn't particularly need to, as since his return, he has spent almost all of his time on the ship, directing his forces from the command center.
Weapon: A thermonuclear cannon mounted on his right arm; the cannon's barrel ends in a retractable, sharp, and durable "visor," allowing it to double as a melee weapon. In hand-to-hand combat, Megatron also uses a blade built into the same arm;
Special abilities: He systematically consumes Dark Energon, which allows him to greatly increase his strength, quickly recover from damage, and command the Terrorcons.

Megatron's Fusion Cannon
On Cybertron, Megatron assumed the alt-form of a hovercraft tank, the barrel of which was a cannon, which the Decepticon leader wore on his arm in robot mode. After Soundwave's rebuilding, this alt-form remained, although it took on a different appearance due to Megatron's altered appearance. After his space travels, Megatron began transforming into a starship with four engines. He used the same cannon as a weapon, but he also added two blasters built into the front of the craft, which he could use in his primary form.
