What is contortionism?

Contortion is an artistic and physical discipline that involves developing extraordinary flexibility to perform movements and postures that are difficult or impossible for most people. Those who practice it train for years to increase their body's mobility and achieve great control over their muscles and joints. It is a skill often showcased in circus acts, acrobatics, and other performing arts, where people perform striking positions that stand out for their complexity and elasticity.

• You can be born with a greater predisposition for flexibility, as some people have naturally more mobile joints or more elastic tissues. However, even those with this advantage often need training to develop truly remarkable flexibility and learn to control it safely. On the other hand, someone who isn't naturally flexible can also improve significantly with consistent practice. In most cases, the extreme flexibility seen in contortionists is the result of years of training, although genetics can influence how easily or quickly each person progresses.

He's quite protective of his friends; they're like family to him, literally. So much so that he'll do anything to protect them. A threat or taunt directed at them is like a personal attack against Larry.

•The skinny guy is very outspoken, meaning he can be very argumentative when things don't suit him or when it comes to his friends, something that can always get him into trouble.

When Larry was a child, his father disappeared without leaving any evidence of what had happened to him. His mother and Ashley were present at the time, but it did not erase the guilt that was slowly beginning to grow inside him.

Over time, Larry inevitably convinced himself that his father's disappearance was his fault or that he was somehow cursed, something that wasn't true but he believed it was.

So he always carries that pain and sadness inside him, stuck to him like gum on a shoe. Besides, he rarely shows his sadness, but as usual, Larry hides it, more than you might think.
