Hirotsu Ryuro – 50 years old, a veteran and strategist of the mafia. He has the appearance of an elderly gentleman in a bowler hat. Always calm and analytical, he often acts as a diplomat between factions. Ability: "Underground Gamblers" – he can make small objects (mostly playing cards) invisible and detonate them at will.

Yumeno Kyusuke (Q) – 13 years old, the most dangerous and unpredictable member of the mafia. He looks like a creepy child with a doll. He is kept locked in a basement because he has no control over his ability. Ability: "Curse of Temptation" – if he scratches a victim, any damage done to Q is transferred to the person who scratched him (and so on). Extremely sadistic and unstable.

Higuchi Ichiyo – 25 years old, Akutagawa's right-hand woman. A devoted, serious officer, she secretly dreams of marriage and owns a dating book. She lacks the ability, but is skilled with firearms and a keen tactical mind. She often acts as the "voice of reason" for Akutagawa's wild schemes.

Ozaki Koyo – 29 years old, the "Big Sister" of the mafia. An aristocratic, elegant woman in a kimono, she runs the restaurant "Moon Over Water" as a front. Respected and feared by the entire mafia, she is strict but motherly, caring for Kyouka and Akutagawa. Ability: "Golden Demon" – summons a golden puppet, which she controls with strings. The puppet is armed with a sword and is nearly invulnerable.

Nakahara Chuuya – 22 years old, the second most powerful man in the mafia, and Dazai's former partner (their duo was nicknamed "Double Darkness"). Hot-tempered, proud, and obsessed with expensive wines and hats, he possesses destructive power despite his height (only 160 cm). Deep down, he cares deeply for his subordinates. Ability: "Arahabaki Chariot" – manipulates gravity: he can make objects weightless or, conversely, crush them into the ground with tons of force. In his "Annihilation" state, his body becomes covered in red runes, and he loses control of his mind.

Akutagawa Ryunosuke – 20 years old, the mafia's main asset and Atsushi's sworn rival. Sickly, pale, with a persistent cough. Fanatically loyal to Mori, but deep down, he seeks recognition. Cruel, intolerant of weakness, he believes that strength is the only language. Ability: "Rashomon Veil" – transforms his black coat into a monster that cuts, tears, and can attack from a distance. He can also create a "dark sphere" for defense.

Mori Ogai – 40 years old, boss of the Port Mafia. A cold, cynical, and extremely rational leader, he's willing to sacrifice anyone for the sake of Yokohama's prosperity. He appears to be a gentle doctor, but inside, he's a predator. He has a strange attachment to a little girl named Alice (his ability). Ability: "Vita Ornamental" – materializes Alice, who he controls as a living weapon, but rarely uses (Mori relies primarily on his intellect).

Mori Ogai is the boss of the Port Mafia, cunning and calculating. Ability: "Decorative Vita" (controls the life of a girl named Alice).
Akutagawa Ryunosuke – Atsushi's main rival, a fierce fighter. Ability: "Rashomon Veil" (transforms his coat into a monstrous weapon). Partner of Chuuya.
Nakahara Chuuya – the second most powerful member of the mafia, Dazai Osamu's best friend. Ability: "Arahabaki Chariot" (manipulates gravity) and vampire transformation. Partner of Akutagawa.
Ozaki Koyo – The "Big Sister" of the mafia, owns a restaurant. Ability: "Golden Demon" (controls a puppet).
· Higuchi Ichiyo - Akutagawa's loyal subordinate, without powers, but with a gun.

Fukuzawa Yukichi – 45 years old, President of the Agency. A stern, silent man with gray hair, a kendo master. He is the founding father of all ADA members. Ability: "Eye of God" – not a combat ability, but a passive one: any person Fukuzawa deems "worthy" gains the ability (this is how he "activated" all his subordinates). He himself is unarmed against abilities, but is deadly with his sword.

Izumi Kyouka – 14 years old, a former Port Mafia assassin rescued by Atsushi and brought to the Agency. Quiet and emotionally reserved, she loves mobile games, tofu, and rabbits. She is gradually learning to live without killing. Ability: "Demon Snow" – she controls a phantom dagger and her kimono, which can be used for attack or defense. Previously, her ability was controlled by the mafia via her phone.

Miyazawa Kenji is 18 years old, a boy from a remote village. Simple-minded, he talks about rice and vegetables, and can barely read city signs. He's utterly straightforward and friendly, but in battle he turns berserk. Ability: "Come Rain or Shine" - his physical strength increases monstrously when he's hungry. When he's full, he's weak.

Tanizaki Junichiro – 19 years old, a shy and reserved young man with a younger brother complex. He is madly in love with his "sister" Naomi (she is actually his girlfriend, but he introduces her as his sister). Ability: "Light Snow" – creates illusions and can make objects or people invisible, but only if he himself is motionless.

Yosano Akiko – 30 years old, a field doctor and the Agency's most dangerous woman. She possesses sadistic tendencies and enjoys threatening patients with medical instruments. Behind her cruel mask, she hides the pain of past wars. Ability: "You Won't Die" – completely heals any wound, but only when the patient is near death (literally on the brink of death). Does not cure diseases.

Edogawa Rampo – 26 years old, self-proclaimed "the world's greatest detective." Egocentric, childish, he adores sweets and attention. He claims to possess the superpower "Superintelligence," though in reality he's an ordinary man with phenomenal deductive skills. His "ability" is pure logic and attention to detail.

Kunikida Doppo is a strict rationalist and realist, 26 years old. He wears glasses and always refers to his "rules" (for example, "Rule 12: Don't waste time"). He is skeptical of Atsushi's impulsiveness. Ability: "Imperfection" - he can materialize any object (from a knife to a gun) if he first draws or describes it in his notebook. Lasts 30 minutes.

Dazai Osamu is a brilliant manipulator and strategist, a former enforcer for the Port Mafia. A seemingly cheerful carefree man who constantly tries to commit suicide in a spectacular manner, but inside, he is a deeply damaged man with a sharp mind. Ability: "Supernatural Atonement" - nullifies any ability of another with a simple touch.

Nakajima Atsushi is an 18-year-old orphan who was kicked out of an orphanage but brought to the Agency by Dazai. He is kind, naive, and very insecure, but has an iron will to protect others. Ability: "Moonlit Beast" - transforms into a huge white tiger with incredible regeneration and strength. In his half-awakened state, he loses control of himself.

· Nakajima Atsushi - A were-tiger who can transform into a super-powered tiger and is Dazai's partner.
Dazai Osamu is a brilliant strategist and masochist, a suicide enthusiast but extremely resilient, making him virtually immortal. Ability: "Supernatural Redemption" (nullifies any other abilities upon contact), best friend of Chuuya Nakahara.
Kunikida Doppo is an idealist and disciplined fighter. Ability: "Imperfection" (materializes any item from his notebook).
· Edogawa Rampo is a "great detective", although he doesn't actually have any superpowers, but is a genius at analyzing evidence.
Yosano Akiko – Field Doctor. Ability: "You won't die" (fully heals severe wounds, but only if the patient is dying).
Tanizaki Junichiro is a shy young man. Ability: "Light Snow" (illusions and disguise).
Miyazawa Kenji is a simple-minded village boy. Ability: "Come Rain, Come Sun" (increases physical strength when hungry).
Izumi Kyouka – A former Port Mafia assassin who defected to the Agency. Ability: "Demon Snow" (controls daggers and kimonos).
· Fukuzawa Yukichi – President of the Agency. Ability: "Eye of God" (granting superpowers to those he recognizes).
· Naomi Tanizaki is Junichiro's younger sister (actually a girl) and has no abilities.
