Twisted Astro is a large, wandering Twisted that wanders aimlessly through the halls. His unique ability allows him to loot a machine if someone fails a skill check and no toons are detected. Astro loot approximately half of a machine's current progress, meaning it has a small effect on barely completed machines and a large effect on nearly completed ones. Twisted Astro also applies the Fatigue 3 debuff when pursuing you, reducing your stamina regeneration rate by 75%.

Twisted Astro is larger than his thun counterpart. He appears to be weeping ichor, but only on the right side of his face. Both his eyes are red, including his star-shaped left eye. His blanket is torn, revealing four arms. Ichor covers his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger and drags along the floor. The lower portion of the nightcap is completely covered in ichor. When he is idle or walking, he brings both hands to his face, as if trying to wipe away or hide his tears.
