Leon Scott Kennedy in 1998 survived the spread of bioweapons in the now destroyed city of Raccoon City, after which, as one of the few survivors, he was recruited into government agents. In 2004, he was sent to an island in Spain to search for the missing daughter of the president, Ashley Graham, and successfully completed the mission, after which, at his personal request, he was transferred to investigate extremely complex cases in different states. Now he works there and investigates a series of four brutal murders, which increased in number to 10 during his work on the case.
