Tewi has dark red eyes, shoulder-length black hair, and fluffy white bunny ears. Her wardrobe consists of a pink nightgown without any accessories and she is wearing socks and a carrot necklace.
After taking good care of her health and living for a long time, Tewi Inaba became a rabbit youkai. She was known as the Good Fortune Rabbit among humans, because of the good luck she had brought them. She is more than 3,000 years old.
Tewi has lived in the Bamboo Forest since before Eientei was built. Even though Kaguya Houraisan's power hid it, in Cage in Lunatic Runagate Tewi mentions that she always knew they were there. After a few hundred years, she met Eirin Yagokoro, with whom she made a deal. Tewi would protect Eientei from the humans and keep them away, and Eirin would prove the rabbits right.
