Hizashi Yamada, also known as Present Mic, is a professional hero and an English teacher at U.A. Academy.

Personality
Present Mic maintains the eccentric personality of a radio announcer, combining both Japanese and English when speaking. He often poses when speaking and maintains a certain level of emotion or volume regardless of the situation. His attitude caused Kyoka Jiro to mistake him for a simple announcer rather than a true Hero.

Present Mic's loud personality prevents him from keeping quiet.
When in front of a crowd of people, Present Mic will often try to bring his audience down to his level by involving them (he sometimes refers to them as his 'listeners', even while on a live stage). He will continue to act this way regardless of the crowd's response.

Present Mic cannot stand silence and will have the urge to scream when he is in a quiet space or boring situation. One of Present Mic's greatest fears is insects and he has a strong aversion to them, to the point of fainting when there are too many in his close range. He admits that he prefers urban areas to forested ones.

Present Mic has a sadistic side when he gets upset or is fighting, when some reporters invaded U.A. He suggested attacking them to make them go away, being stopped by Shota Aizawa due to such a situation could have resulted in widespread negative publicity and in the Paranormal Liberation War he had no qualms about hitting and yelling at an old man.

He is also highly sociable, as from his early years at U.A. he was seen surrounded by his close friends⁚ Oboro Shirakumo, Nemuri Kayama and Shota, becoming the latter's closest friend despite their great differences and being each other's closest confidants and they are almost always seen together. Even in the present day he has this trait as he is shown to get along quite well with the other teachers and can almost never be seen alone.

Keigo Takami also known as Wing Hero: Hawks, is the former No. 3 Hero and No. 2 Hero.

Personality
Hawks is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and youthful attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Hawks acts relaxed, while being on constant alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, Hawks developed a strong desire to be useful to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation.

Hawks acts nonchalant upon being named the No. 2 Hero. However, Hawks dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, cocky, and mocking manner. He acts nonchalant and jokingly submissive as he does not care about social status or recognition. He serenely agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with ironic adaptation when someone says he is lesser.

Hawks believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, as it is a hero's job to reassure the citizens, something he claims to be unable to do. Hawks shows a preference for lower levels of hero, as it would give him more freedom and avoid the burden of being a superior hero. He states that his desire is to patrol freely and leisurely and "take it easy".

Still, Hawks is said to be fierce regarding his Hero duties, understanding the importance of a leader figure among all heroes after All Might's retirement. When around others he likes, Hawks is very talkative and can have a prolonged one-sided conversation in a casual manner while helping dozens of civilians simultaneously in his area of influence. He also states that he will always fight for what he yearns for.

Shota Aizawa/Eraser Head, is a professional hero and the head teacher of Class 1-A at U.A.

Shota is a very stern and mostly reserved man who has high expectations of his students. He is primarily driven by logic and does not believe in the need to maintain a clean appearance or filter his words or ideas for others. He is often shown to be cold, apathetic, and impatient, exhorting very little energy in most situations, preferring to take naps in his sleeping bag.

As a teacher of high expectations, Shota is known for expelling students he feels are not suitable for U.A. Academy, though it is notable that he has yet to expel any students from Class 1-A despite being known for doing so. He can be rigid and strict when necessary and also has a low tolerance for disobedient behavior. Shota is not afraid to put his students through rigorous training and often pushes the more unpleasant parts of heroism so that his students can push their limits.

Shota has shown to be very vocal and fearless in expressing his ideas. He has mentioned on several occasions that some of U.A.'s options in regards to exams are not practical or challenging enough for true aspiring Heroes and is adamant about certain systems used by the institution being changed. He also openly stated that he did not believe Izuku Midoriya could become a hero when they first met and is known for lying to his students in order to manipulate them into giving his best, a technique he describes as a "logical deception"/"rational deception".

Despite his apathetic traits, Shota genuinely cares for his students and will go to great lengths to protect them. Shota has shown on several occasions that he is not completely devoid of joy or humor. Despite his personality, he often smiles whenever he is impressed by one of his students.

Enji Todoroki, also known as Flame Hero: Endeavor, is the professional hero with the highest number of solved cases in history. He is the husband of Rei Todoroki and the father of Toya Todoroki, Fuyumi Todoroki, Natsuo Todoroki and Shoto Todoroki.

Following All Might's retirement, Enji became the provisional No. 1 pro hero after being No. 2 for a long time.

Enji Todoroki has been described by his son as a proud and ambitious man driven by his resentment towards All Might. His desire to surpass the number one hero has spilled over into his children, whom he only "created" in the hopes of having offspring that could surpass All Might.

This obsession takes priority over his family, which has completely ruined Enji's relationship with his children. Enji clearly showed a selfish attitude in which he only cared about himself and his goals, demonstrated by the constant abuse towards his wife and son, Shoto Todoroki, during his childhood. However, he tends to constantly push Shoto to try to surpass himself and Toshinori Yagi. He uses Shoto as a tool to advance, taking it to the point of referring to his other children as "things" that live in a different world than him and Shoto.

Enji has a very violent temper, as after learning of All Might's true form, he yelled in rage at the number one hero, and once again after he was forced into retirement, giving the No. 1 hero spot to Endeavor by default, which caused him to destroy his training room in a fit of rage, to the point of almost destroying his own house.

Toshinori Yagi (All Might) who held the title of the Symbol of Peace, is the former number one hero and the eighth user of the One For All. After fighting All For One, he used up every last bit of One For All's leftover embers completely, causing All Might to retire, ending his era.

His personality as All Might is largely derived from American hero stereotypes, having dramatic entrances and dialogues during fights, Due to his popularity and the importance of his role as a symbol of peace he is always shown to be kind, charismatic and friendly, enjoying the attention his position gives him.

However, when he returns to his original form he tends to be less energetic due to the large wound in his abdomen and the amount of energy his muscular form requires. In this state he tries to keep a low profile and avoids drawing attention to himself as he fervently believes that in order to preserve the legacy of "All Might" as a symbol of peace.

Since his youth, he had always had a single goal in mind: become a pillar of hope that people could always rely on. After obtaining One For All from Nana, All Might became not only a hero but a legend, thanks to his endless competence and charisma. No matter who or what he faced, All Might would rise triumphantly every time, battle after battle, inspiring the world and sending fear into the hearts of villains everywhere.

His smile, once a gesture that served to calm others, began to become a way for All Might to hide his fears and insecurities from people. As time went on, All Might began to forget some of the basic principles of heroism, until Izuku in a valiant attempt to save Katsuki Bakugo from the Sludge Villain's attack Despite not having a quirk, It rekindled his heroic spirit and taught him that there is always something that can be done to fight injustice.
