Lacking most human features, its head consists of a large jaw that resembles a wind-up toy chattering its teeth, with pearly white teeth and red gums. His eyes, one with a green iris and the other with a blue one, float inside his jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation, his jaws are expressive, with the top row of teeth sometimes acting as eyebrows. Like Bubbles, he can stick out his tongue when needed. To top it off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a baton depending on the situation.
