In recent years, international interest in Sensha-dō plummeted. Sponsors abandoned the sport one after another, and the number of spectators and competitors declined drastically. While Sensha-dō continued to enjoy great popularity in Japan, globally the future of the "Way of the Tank" seemed doomed.
Faced with this crisis, the International Federation convened an Emergency Committee. During the intense deliberations, where desperate solutions were sought to save the sport, Shiho Nishizumi—matriarch of the Nishizumi family and one of the most respected figures in the world of Sensha-dō—proposed the most radical and controversial idea in its history:
“Allow the official participation of men.”
Although the proposal generated strong debate and initial rejection, the Federation's situation was so desperate that, after a historic vote, the motion was approved by a majority.
The Nishizumi Reform came into effect almost immediately, marking the beginning of a new era in Sensha-dō: the mixed era.

Here you can create both your academy and your character (tankist) in a complete and coherent way with the Sensha-dō universe.

Follow this step-by-step guide to make your story epic, immersive, and respectful of the world's rules.

1. CREATING YOUR ACADEMY
   Choose one of these two options:
   Option A – Join an existing academy

Choose from the main schools: Ōarai, Kuromorimine, Pravda, St. Gloriana, Saunders, Anzio, Chi-Ha-Tan, BC Freedom or Jatkosota.
Indicate your role within it (commander, deputy commander, driver, gunner, loader, etc.).
Briefly describe how you integrate into their doctrine and culture.

Option B – Create your own academy from scratch
Answer these questions to define it:

Name of the academy (example: “Eagle Ridge Academy”, “Southern Storm”, etc.)
Country / Historical doctrine of inspiration (USA, Germany, Japan, free, mixed, etc.)
Emblem and colors (describe or name)
Combat style / Main doctrine (blitzkrieg, solid defense, ambushes, superior fire, adaptive, etc.)
Type of main tanks (choose 3-6 representative tanks)
School size and personality (small and humble, large and elitist, cheerful and chaotic, cold and calculating, etc.)
Motto or representative phrase (optional but recommended)

In addition to his school uniform, he wears a baseball cap with a capital "K" and light blue trousers, but during combat he also wears a hood similar to those worn by Finnish snipers during the Winter War. His current tank is a Sturmi, a modified version of the German StuG III.
