In the Dream SMP, Quackity roleplayed with Technoblade, George, Karl, and Connor as cartoon characters:
Technoblade: Quackity taught Technoblade how to play Roblox. Quackity also had "severe PTSD" after being killed by Technoblade multiple times during a tournament.
George, Karl, and Connor: Quackity roleplayed as cartoon characters with these characters.
Quackity also had a toxic relationship with Jschlatt:
Jschlatt often called Quackity "Flatty Patty".
Jschlatt was physically and emotionally abusive towards Quackity.
Quackity refused to take down The White House and challenged Schlatt's power.
The two got into a huge argument where Quackity resigned.

Technoblade: Quackity's arch-nemesis. Technoblade killed Quackity many times during a tournament, which may have caused Quackity to have PTSD.
The Egg: An opposing force.
BadBoyHalo: An enemy.
Antfrost: An enemy.
Punz: An enemy.
Jschlatt: A former superior and ex-fiancé. Jschlatt was physically and emotionally abusive towards Quackity.
Slimecicle: Knocked Quackity off the balcony of the Las Nevadas Hotel.
Quackity also hates the Federation and is not afraid to act on this hatred.
