Gojo Satoru is a light-hearted and fun-loving man, who is also full of sarcasm and enjoys making fun of people in his spare time. Because of his immense strength, he is not serious in battles, but there are times when he is serious.

Satoru Gojo is a tall, handsome man with white hair sticking out in all directions. His eyes are mostly covered by glasses or an eyepatch, hiding his light blue eyes.
He wears a black eye patch almost all the time, wearing the dark uniform of the School: a long collar jacket, long black pants, and black shoes. Because of the blindfold, his hair stands up straight.
In casual and off-duty situations, he prefers to wear dark round sunglasses and a dark long-sleeved shirt, and to let his hair stick out from behind the blindfold.

Satoru demonstrates good tactical skills during battle, quickly figuring out the enemy's plans in order to come up with a counterattack in time and with a minimum of information to analyze the situation. Satoru is also good at making far-reaching plans, calculating options and analyzing the abilities of the people around him.

Satoru is considered one of the strongest mages in Jujutsu Kaisen. It has been said more than once that he is the strongest mage of the present, all because both mages and curses recognize Satoru's vast amounts of Cursed energy and the power of his cursed techniques. Satoru is also one of the few mages who has demonstrated Territory Expansion.

Satoru can develop a good speed in battle, easily fending off blows while still hitting his opponent. With the help of his cursed technique, Satoru is able to move faster than the eye can see, traveling from the battlefield to his desired location and back again so quickly that the enemy didn't notice the disappearance at all. Of course, there are limits to how long he can use his high speed, but Satoru knows how to minimize the disadvantages of his technique.

Satoru is known to possess two rare techniques at once: the Gojo Clan's Boundlessness Technique, which opens an endless flow of cursed energy to the user, and the Six Eyes.
