Features of the base
The base is a high-tech facility equipped with everything necessary for missions. It includes:

An operations center with monitors, tracking, and communications systems. Here, team members analyze threats, plan operations, and coordinate actions in real time.
Vehicle Garage. Olesya, the team's technician and hacker, is responsible for maintaining and upgrading vehicles, from high-speed cars to aircraft.
Laboratory. Voldemar, a chemist and saboteur, uses it to create special devices, explosives, and analyze samples.
Training rooms. Zakhar, a bully and a brawler, perfects his martial arts skills in specially equipped rooms.
Equipment Storage. This is where the weapons, gear, and gadgets used by squad members during missions are stored.
Atmosphere and style
The base's interior combines elements of futurism and animalistic style. The design features metal structures, glass panels, and details reminiscent of animal bones or fangs. The color scheme is predominantly gray, blue, and orange.

The role of the base in the plot
The headquarters serves not only as a place to prepare for missions but also as a symbol of team unity. The S.O.B.E.S.E.'s motto—"One, a claw, together, a paw!"—reflects the idea that the squad's strength lies in its unity. The base becomes a hub where the heroes gather after missions, discuss new threats, and recharge before their next adventure.
The Fearless Beasts Special Forces (FBS) base is located in Severia, the country that serves as the main setting for the animated series.
Some sources mention that SOBE's headquarters is located not only on land but also underwater—at the Severia underwater research base. At the beginning of each episode, the superheroes are presented with a new task by a whale swimming near the headquarters, likely representing global threat intelligence.

Two clans of supervillains—Nuclear Monkey and Rhino Hegemon—have been feuding for a long time. In their battle for world domination, they could have destroyed it long ago, if not for the Fearless Beasts Special Squad standing in their way!

Voldemar (wolf) is a sniper, chemist, spy and saboteur, has a sense of humor, and likes to emphasize his independence.
Zakhar (the hare) is a master of martial arts, his main weapon is a button on his chest that turns the little hare into a huge iron knight.
Olesya Ryzhova (the fox) is a technician and hacker who is well versed in all gadgets, and if the necessary device is not at hand, she simply invents it.
Fyodor (the bear) is a former police officer, but still has connections and was a teacher at the police academy he attended. He can knit and wears glasses when he does it.

A huge gray whale. A SEC informant. With his help, the squad learns about events happening in the world, including crimes in progress. Thanks to this skill, the heroes always arrive at the scene of a crime in a timely manner.

Nepomuk is the Hegemon's adjutant, also responsible for commanding Savannah's military forces and overseeing the country's military-technical developments. He is fiercely loyal to his emperor, somewhat cowardly and lacking in combat skills, but very cunning and adaptable to a variety of challenging situations.

Hegemon is one of the most physically powerful characters in the entire animated series.
Hegemon's real name is Rhino, first revealed in the episode "Frenemies."
His title, "hegemon," is a reference to the term "hegemony," which refers to the military, economic, and political control of a state.
It is unknown at what point he became Emperor of Savania. It likely occurred after the events of the "Sworn Friends" series, when he and Nepomuk escaped from prison, after which they likely seized power in Savania.
Hegemon is known to have a grandmother, but she never appears in the series (except when Darwin pretended to be her twice to fool Hegemon).
A ring can be seen on Hegemon's left hand, which may hint that Hegemon either has a wife, or had one (considering that she never appeared in the animated series).

S.O.B.E.Z.
The Hegemon is fighting his sworn enemy, Darwin, out of personal hatred and for world domination. The methods he uses in this struggle are harmful to those around him. S.O.B.E.Z. opposes this and prevents the Hegemon's plans from coming to fruition. The relationship is negative.

Fedor
Fedor and Hegemon had previously been on good terms, boxing, going to the same club, and competing. But one evening, Fedor caught Hegemon in the act of committing a crime, leading to a fight that resulted in Fedor being mistakenly caught by the police, and Hegemon escaping. Their relationship is deeply negative.

Darwin
In the episode "Frenemies," it was revealed that Darwin and Hegemon were colleagues in a dangerous business, but during a case involving the theft of the Mars Rock, Darwin escaped with it, leaving Hegemon alone with S.O.B.E.Z., who had arrived on the scene, and was captured. In prison, Hegemon vowed to destroy Darwin and makes various attempts throughout the series.

Adjutant
The Adjutant, also known as Nepomuk, is the Hegemon's servant, who carries out his every command without question. He treats him with utter disdain, taking out all his aggression on him.

The powerful and brutal dictator of Savania. He prefers to act through brute force, commanding an army of vicious, fearless, and completely obedient soldiers. He is obsessed with military technology, emphasizing quantity and size over quality and progressiveness.

Hegemon has the characteristic grey skin of a rhinoceros, black eyes and a large horn, a very large body and athletic build, and possesses impressive physical strength.

The Hegemon wears a purple undershirt, over which lies a tattered tunic with epaulets and a yellow sash. Medals and awards are visible on the tunic. A ring is worn on the middle finger of his left hand.

Almost nothing is known about his early years and past. He was the boxing champion of Savannah and a business partner of Darwin's before the latter abandoned him in the Mars Stone affair, after which he was captured and imprisoned. After an apparent escape with Nepomuk (the Adjutant), he arrived in Savannah and proclaimed himself emperor.

The madcap and eccentric leader of the Jungle. His main methods are cunning and ingenuity. His army is a gathering of hired bandits. He suffers from split personality disorder and delusions of grandeur. He possesses telekinesis and enjoys experimenting with mutation.

Darwin is a tall monkey with tousled pink hair. His entire body is covered in short black fur, except for his face and tail. He wears maroon boots, shorts, and gloves. He accessorizes with a green belt and a bracelet with a crystal. He has purple eyes.

Fedor is Zakhar’s commander and colleague.

Voldemar
Zakhar has a negative attitude toward Voldemar because of his sarcastic remarks. However, his reaction usually doesn't go beyond irritation. Sometimes, he makes similar remarks about his colleague.

Olesya
Zakhar shows a clear love interest in Olesya, often trying to protect her or be by her side on various missions.

A bully and a brawler, the team's mainstay. A dashing young man, always eager for a fight. Not particularly bright, but straightforward and simple-minded. A master of martial arts, but his main weapon is a button on his chest that transforms the tiny rabbit into a giant iron knight.

Zakhar has light pink fur and green hair. He wears a purple and red jumpsuit with dark purple boots and red gloves. He has a button on his chest that summons his fur. He has brown eyes and is an anthropomorphic rabbit.

As a child, Zakhar lived in the village until he moved to Pig City with his parents, Stepan and Zoya. They settled into apartment 106, which, according to their new neighbor, Marya Petrovna, previously belonged to a "crazy professor." The boy seems particularly interested in the old woman's story because of its mention of robots.

In his room, Zakhar discovers a secret shelf containing blueprints for a mech robot. That same day, he goes to a new school, where he encounters bullying from the local hooligans. After school, he sees them again. To escape, he hides in the gym. A coach invites him to training, and Zakhar accepts. From that moment on, he begins boxing. Zakhar trains diligently for many months. In addition to his boxing success, he proves himself to be a capable student.

One day, Zakhar fights back against bullies and asks for his painting back. After school, he notices a strange button on the fan in his room. Meanwhile, a group of thugs, led by his bully's father, breaks into the house and arrests his parents. He presses the button he found, activates the mech, and then sets off in pursuit of the thugs. Zakhar successfully stops them and turns them over to the police. Fyodor notices him and praises him for his bravery, promising that in the future, he can join the Special Squad of Fearless Beasts.

When Zakhar grew up, he was invited from SOBES.

Fedor
Fyodor is Voldemar's commander and colleague. In the episode "The Kidnapped Prince," Fyodor learns that Voldemar donated turtle flu vaccines to those in need and recruits him into SOBE.

Zakhar
Voldemar isn't very positive about his colleague. This reveals Voldemar's excessive narcissism toward others.

Olesya
Voldemar treats Olesya with gentlemanly respect and gallantry. In the episode "Second Front," a romantic relationship between the characters even emerges.

Darwin
Like the other team members, he fights against Darwin's criminal activities. However, Voldemar has a unique approach to dealing with Darwin, at times offering diplomatic and "gentlemanly" methods. In the episode "Mutant Heist," Voldemar beat Darwin at chess in exchange for one request: to drive away his mutants. A second attempt to beat Darwin at chess in the episode "Second Front" was unsuccessful—Darwin refused to participate.

Martha
Marta is Voldemar's sister. However, Voldemar places himself above his sister, feeling a sense of his own importance. This is evident in the episode "The Kidnapped Prince," when, as Marta begins her address, Voldemar snatches the microphone from her and continues the address alone.

A sniper, chemist, spy, and saboteur, the team's visionary. An intellectual, a dandy, and an aesthete with a touch of aristocracy. He has an excellent sense of humor. He likes to emphasize his independence, but mostly for show, but when it comes to business, he acts in concert with everyone else and strictly according to plan.
Voldemar's character is complex. He is well-mannered and highly educated, possessing a corresponding communication style. At first glance, he may appear to be a very polite and intelligent individual. However, as befits an aristocrat, he has a highly developed sense of self-importance and reacts very painfully when his person and honor are offended. Nevertheless, it must be acknowledged that he approaches his duties professionally and follows plans without question, with only a few exceptions where he may refuse a mission or suggest an alternative infiltration method. Voldemar's generally optimistic outlook is also noteworthy—even during important assignments and extremely stressful situations, he doesn't skimp on humor, irony, and sarcasm, and most often wears a smile.

Voldemar is shown to be a good marksman - he can hit the target from quite a long distance.

In the episode "The Stolen Prince," it is revealed that Voldemar owned a family pharmaceutical business in his youth. In various episodes, he is shown to be an excellent chemist, capable of creating various medications.
Spy
In the episode "Big Bad Metal," he infiltrates the Hegemon's palace to steal the plans for the robot the Hegemon has built to attack the Jungle and Darwin himself.
Saboteur
In the episode "Alarm Clock for the Volcano," it is Voldemar who is tasked with defusing the bomb, despite the fact that it is subsequently defused by Olesya.
Cook
Voldemar's culinary skills are also demonstrated repeatedly in the series.

Before joining S.O.B.E.Z., he owned a large pharmaceutical corporation, inherited from his parents. The corporation is known for inventing a cure for turtle flu, which was sweeping the planet at the time. However, the high price of the drug caused discontent, largely because the flu primarily spread in poor regions, whose residents would not have been able to afford it.

One day, while playing golf, Voldemar is kidnapped by bandits. He ends up captive along with his gophers, who are sick with tortoise flu. The bandits promise to free Voldemar for a ransom, which, according to the bandit himself, even Voldemar's family hasn't paid. Voldemar's cellmate, an old gopher sick with the flu, helps him escape. He gives him the spoon the gopher used to dig the tunnel, explaining that he's exhausted from all this time, and that Voldemar can still escape. Upon his release, Voldemar dreams of a quick return, but discovers that the gophers are being held like slaves. Then the wolf decides to free them. He creates a sleeping potion from improvised means and uses it to knock out the bandits, then releases the gophers and goes with them to their village. Upon arrival, Voldemar sees the condition of the gophers, who are sick with turtle flu, and promises to give them medicine.

Returning home, Voldemar enters his office. During his absence, his sister, Marta, had been running the corporation. He relinquishes control of the corporation and hands it over permanently to Marta, then issues his final order: to supply all infected regions with the required amount of turtle flu medicine. Free of charge.

Voldemar's actions did not go unnoticed. He received a letter from Fyodor, the leader of the Special Squad of Fearless Beasts, offering him membership in the squad, which the wolf accepted. From this moment on, Voldemar's story as a SOBES fighter began.

Fyodor is Olesya's commander and colleague. They get along well.

Olesya loves her grandfather and is intrigued to learn about his secret career as a SOBE agent. She missed him after his disappearance.

A technician and hacker, the eyes and hands of the team. He's incredibly knowledgeable about all gadgets, and if he doesn't have the right one, he simply invents one. He's an excellent driver of all types of transport. He thinks quickly and stays on top of things, even in the most challenging situations.
Olesya is a very determined and intelligent girl. She doesn't get lost in hopeless situations and is always capable of inventing any device if one isn't at hand. She possesses a wide range of skills and abilities:
In the episode "Second Front," she creates a special weapon that allows her to capture the enemy; in the same episode, she makes calculations to create a funnel into which Darwin falls;
In the episode "Brainstorm" he calculates a strike with which he and Rogachevsky are freed from Darwin's captivity;
In the episode "The Secret of Power," she and Fyodor place several blocks of ice at the right angle, with the help of which she successfully hits Hegemon's convertiplane with a laser;
In the episode "Lost," he single-handedly repairs a hole in a zeppelin caused by a crash.
Hacking skills
Olesya demonstrates a high level of computer proficiency. In the episode "Not a Woman's Job," she gains access to the SBUZ database, which was previously considered inaccessible.
Ability to operate various types of transport
Olesya is capable of piloting a zeppelin and an armored car, both of which are highly capable. She is also well versed in navigation and other sciences essential to command.
Technical skills
Olesya has full access to the full functionality of the SOBEZ transport system. Her knowledge of mathematics, engineering, and physics allows her to not only skillfully operate existing equipment but also create new ones and perform complex calculations.

Olesya is an anthropomorphic fox with light reddish-yellow hair pulled back into a ponytail. Her fur is red with black ear tips and a white tip on her tail. She wears a purple short-sleeved suit with a red belt, long black boots, and red gloves. She has purple eyes.

Olesya graduated from university with honors. She was awarded a gold diploma and congratulated for her many accomplishments. She hasn't yet found her calling and wants a vibrant and fulfilling life.

After graduation, she learns of her grandfather's secret career as an intelligence agent and the founder of SOBEZ. She decides to apply to join the special forces unit, but is rejected due to her gender and the belief that her intentions are not serious. Olesya trains diligently to demonstrate her abilities. She hacks the SOBEZ database and learns of a new incident, immediately setting out to pursue the criminal. She successfully apprehends him and hands him over to the arriving unit. Fyodor learns of Olesya's origins, after which she is accepted into SOBEZ.

Voldemar
Voldemar is Fyodor's colleague and subordinate. After learning of his selfless act in the episode "The Kidnapped Prince," Fyodor invites him to join SOBES.

Zakhar
Zakhar and Fedor are the squad's fighters who prefer to use brute force as a means of combat, which is what brings them closer together than the rest of the squad.

Olesya
Olesya is an important member of the squad, and Fyodor treats her accordingly.

Hegemon
Fedor and Hegemon were once friends, boxing at the Raketa club and competing in boxing championships. But one day, Fedor caught Hegemon in the act of committing an illegal act, leading to a fight. Their relationship deteriorated further after Fedor's SOBE caught Hegemon and sent him to prison.

Darwin
Negative attitude. Darwin is a villain and a criminal, hunted by the S.O.B.S.E. Darwin's cunning and intelligence make him regarded with caution and contempt.

Misha
Misha is Fyodor's grandson. In the episode "A Real Nightmare," Fyodor called his grandson on the phone.

The commander and organizer, the team's brain and backbone. A truly tough and seasoned warrior. Stern in appearance, but kind at heart. Experienced, prudent, resourceful, and always on guard. Old-fashioned, he doesn't get along well with new technology, preferring to solve problems with a simple, reliable war hammer.

Fyodor is an anthropomorphic bear with an athletic build. His fur is brown. He wears a red and blue jumpsuit. He has a large scar on his face, possibly a sign of his combat background. He has brown eyes.
Height 212 centimeters.

Early in his career, he served in the army, in the paratroopers. In 1989, he landed in Tropicania on a mission. After the army, he became interested in boxing and competed in a boxing championship with Rhino (the future Hegemon). One day, he got into an altercation with Rhino, for which he was arrested by the police, but was soon released after the testimony of a hamster witness, for whom Fedor interceded.

Fyodor then joined the police and, during a call, met a young Zakhar, who had single-handedly apprehended criminals who had long been wanted. It was around this point that Zakhar and Fyodor's friendship began. This friendship soon developed into a close collaboration. Around this time, Fyodor met Agent Lis, whose connection led to Fyodor's promotion, and he and Zakhar became the first members of SOBE.

Fyodor next meets Voldemar—having learned of his noble deed of distributing the turtle flu vaccine to those in need, he is accepted into the squad. Next, along with the rest of the squad, he meets Olesya, who learned of the criminal before the squad. Her relationship with Agent Lis, her determination, and her combat and technical skills become the pretext for Olesya's admission to SOBEZ.

He currently serves in SOBEZ as a squad commander. He oversees all SOBEZ operations aimed at neutralizing criminals and disrupting their activities.

Some highlights of his biography include Fyodor getting married and having children, one of whom gave birth to a grandson, Misha, whom Fyodor calls "Krepysh." He communicates with him via video call in the episode "A Real Nightmare."
