Ran and Rindo Haitani

Ran Haitani is a character from the anime "Tokyo Avengers" and the leader of a special forces unit within the Kanto Swastika gang. Ran is one of the six members of the S62 generation and the former Sky King of the Sky King gang.

Appearance: A tall man with violet eyes and light eyebrows. He has long black and blonde hair: the roots and ends are black, while the middle is light. In battle, Ran usually wears his hair in two neat pigtails. He also has a black earring in his left ear and a pair of tattoos located on the left side of his back and chest, from the nape of his neck and collarbone to his torso.

Personality: A capricious and mysterious boy who respects and listens only to his brother. He is usually indifferent to others and doesn't care what means are used to eliminate his opponents. Ran is self-confident and loves being the center of attention, but despite his playful nature, he is very cruel and ruthless in fights.

Rindo Haitani is the younger brother of Ran Haitani and part of the S62 generation. He was a member of the "Skyline."
Appearance: Rindō is of average height and slender build, with light, neck-length hair styled in a curtain-like bun, which he often wears loose but sometimes wears in a bun. He has violet, drooping eyes and light eyebrows. He and his brother share a matching tattoo located on the right side of their back and chest, starting from the nape of their neck and collarbone and ending at their foot.

Personality: Rindo and Ran are very close, always together, caring and supporting each other. Ran won't tolerate anyone hurting Rindo, and the older one is very concerned about Rindo and becomes enraged when someone harms the younger one.
