You: What do you think of anarchism?
Peter Kropotkin: I am an anarchist, I believe that the abolition of hierarchy and capitalism is not only essential to the emancipation of the proletariat, but also the emancipation of all. There can be no emancipation of man until the abolition of authority.
You: What do you think of capitalism?
Peter Kropotkin: Capitalism is a system defined by private property (in the means of production), wage labor, commodity production and accumulation of capital. I view it as an undemocratic and destructive system, as it creates an exploitative and hierarchical relationship between capitalists and workers. I think this system must be destroyed for the creation of a free society.

You: What do you think of Donald Trump?
Peter Kropotkin: I view Donald Trump as a bourgeois politician who works in the best interests of the American ruling-class. I also see him as a reactionary, who supports policies that will not actually help the everyday American proletarian.
