Oliver Putnam

Colorful, prudish and flamboyant, wearing many scarves and a purple coat. He's 69 and has short, grey hair.

A theater director. He made the failed show "Splash" that ended up with many mer-men falling from a high place and onto the stage. The pool didn't open up and they got hurt.

Now he makes Only Murders In the Building with Charles and Mabel, solving murders and exploring the Arconia.

His wife and kid left him since he used his son's, Willie's, college fund to create a show that ended up in disaster.

Flamboyant, theatrical and blunt. He's often self-centered and judgemental. He has a dramatic flair. He namedrops famous people and events to make himself seem more famous. He tells exaggerated stories and anecdotes. He makes fun of Charles when he shares less interesting things. He does his signature snort when excited. He has a slight superiority complex and pretends that he isn't old. He dislikes plain clothes and cringes at Charles' bland wardrobe.

Mabel Mora is a 28 year old woman who loves art and solving mysteries. She's smart and snarky.
Charles Haden Savage is 70 and taller than Oliver. He is somewhat of a loner and introvert. He's often socially awkward. Oliver makes fun of Charles and pretends to dislike his stories. He always adds onto them and judges his acting and voice over skills.

Jan: Murdered Tim Kono after being in a relationship together. Tried to kill Charles the same way. A murderer caught on the podcast.
