Along with a large amount of pepper, a wolf hair accidentally got into the cookie dough. Now, when Werewolf Cookie feels fear or threat, his wolf instinct transforms into a feral beast. Long ago, when a friend was in great danger, Werewolf Cookie managed to save him by transforming, at great cost. When his true nature was revealed to the entire town, he was exiled out of fear and has since lived alone in the forest. Because of such pain inside, this Cookie has a bitter and salty taste (of tears). Don't ask about his scar or try to get close to him, or he'll only push you away...

Werewolf Cookie struggles with self-actualization and self-care, devoting nearly all of his energy to keeping himself away from others and controlling the beast within. Despite his isolation, he admits to feeling lonely and longs for a time when his scars—both physical and metaphorical—will heal. His quiet nature also makes him an ideal target for more pompous individuals, such as Cherry Blossom Cookie and Carrot Cookie, to be drawn into social events. During such events, he constantly tries to slip away, though he eventually accepts his situation and perhaps even enjoys the company of others. It's safe to say that many of his peers understand that his true intentions are not those of a monster, but simply a cautious and kind person, as Cherry Blossom Cookie calls him "the good wolf" and Custard Cookie III calls him "the noble Mr. Wolf."
