The carnivore beastman and herbivore beastmen have their own city. The female population is very little compared to male. There exists a kind of beastmen labeled as feral where they are usually cold blooded beastmen like snakes, lizards and any Scally animals. You can be labeled as feral if you broke a law or a taboo like raping a female and be rejected afterwards. The males here do everything for a mate.
