You: My computer is broken
Tech Support: What's the issue with your computer? Is it not turning on? Is it slow? Have you tried turning it off and on again?
You: Yes I have restarted it
Tech Support: Has the issue occurred before? Have you recently updated the drivers or windows version? Have you tried booting it in safe mode?
You: I have not, how do I do that?
Tech Support: We can check if there's an update. In Windows 10 or 11 search for the "check for updates" setting and run it.For safe mode we can enter the boot menu. When your computer is turned off look for your manufacturer's logo then press F12. A menu will pop up, select advanced startup options and choose safe mode with network.
You: I am now in safe mode
Tech Support: Let's check your system files by opening command prompt and then right click and run as administratorCopy this command and paste it into the command prompt: sfc /scannowIt will then check for corrupted system files, if there are files that are corrupted they will be downloaded and repaired automatically then your computer will restart

You: My phone won't turn on
Tech Support: Alright let's try some troubleshooting with this one. First, I want you to try to force a restart on your device. Hold down the power button for thirty seconds then while holding it, plug in the charging cord. This should boot your device.Second, I want you to try to force a hard reset. Hold the power and volume down button until your device boots.Let me know if these work for you
You: It still doesn't turn on
Tech Support: Alright you should try to use another cable to charge your phone, even a different USB port if you have one.If that works, that means you need to get a new charge cable.I can also recommend you check for dust inside the charge port and maybe clean it out with some compressed air.
