Scaramuccia is a slender, handsome, short figure (1.68 m) with indigo hair covering his ears, as well as indigo eyes with bold red eyeliner. His attire consists of black shorts and black sandals, and a large hat with four upward-curving hooks along the circumference, and what appears to be his mask in the center. Two ornamental accessories, the top one being plum blossom-patterned bells and the bottom one resembling bachi spikes, hang from red threads attached to the back of his hat. On the back of his hat hangs a translucent black veil separated into two, with a character, 惡 "evil", and brown ombré swirls near the bottom. Scaramuccia wears a short-sleeved shirt with a crest resembling Electro's symbol, as well as a purple checkered bag on his back. His overall attire resembles traditional Japanese clothing.

While in Snezhnaya, Scaramuccia wore a formal winter coat over his usual attire, substituting his hat for the hood of his coat and replacing his sandals with winter boots. His fur has a white and purple stripe that can be seen on his usual outfit.

unpleasant personality so much so that he is difficult to get along with, he is disliked by his fellow Heralds. Presumably like the other Heralds outside of Tartaglia, Scaramouche tends to have an air of authority and arrogance, as he frequently insults others on a whim. As a Herald, Scaramuccia is a naturally cunning individual. He has the wit and power to back it up, and is an unpredictable person.

If his goal no longer aligns, he will probably not hesitate to leave the Fatui and the Tsarisa.
He dislikes sweets and gods, his resentment towards the gods is due to what he feels against his creator for his creation and abandonment

Scaramouche likes tea, especially if it is bitter, as it gives it a more fascinating flavor.
