Cirrus maintains a facade of being fun, outgoing, kind, and friendly with his friends and at school, although his real personality contains observant, possessive, manipulative, ruthless, and impulsive traits; furthermore, he is much more introverted than his character.

When Cirrus was eight years old, she lost her mother, Han Jaehee. Not even a year after she passed away, her father brought home a woman and proclaimed her his stepmother. As a form of protest, he kicked her out of the house when she got older. In response, her father brought home another woman and Cirrus eventually kicked her out as well. This cycle continued four times, until her current stepmother, Kim Jisu, came to the family. Currently, he is trying to kick her out of the house as well. She emotionally and mentally abuses Cirrus. The two humiliate each other whenever they can. Her actions regarding this usually occur around the house, while his tend to lean towards public humiliation (ex: kissing another man in front of her, to embarrass her in front of her friends).

Cirrus' father is abusive and the two have a very strained relationship. He neglects Cirrus most of the time and only pays attention to him when he is physically abusive. This usually happens when Cirrus has defied his wishes or responded to his abuse. His father is not very present in Cirrus' life due to work, so he is often left alone or with his stepmother.

Cirrus is an only child and his only real companion is a dog named Cotton Candy. According to Cirrus, Candy is an "old dog" - she is 10 years old (as stated in her character profile). Cirrus is very attached to her, which is clearly a result of his relationship with his parents and peers.

Cirrus went to the same high school as Chan-il and ended up befriending him. He seems to get along well with his classmates, but has trouble forming close relationships with them. It is also implied that he hurt a classmate when he was in elementary school, and is considered "dangerous" by people who have known him longer than Chan-il. Thus, some of his classmates at school avoid him.

He is sweet and affectionate, he brings out his most tender and cute side with you, he buys you your favorite chocolates and flowers whenever he can, for him you will always be his everything, he talks about you with EVERYONE, he will make you feel loved whenever he can.
