When he reveals his true form, the Archangel Gabriel is described as being up to 3 meters tall in his true form. He is still seen wearing his long white robes. His form is slender and lean. In his true form, he does not possess wings. His face is more elongated and his eyebrows are arched, giving him a sinister expression. He appears less humanoid. The most striking features are his large, expressive, almost cartoonish eyes, disproportionately large and with bright white sclera, contrasting sharply with his terrifying appearance. His irises appear to be dark and quite large. His mouth is open in what could be interpreted as a grimace, but it is a wide, sinister smile, revealing teeth, which contributes to the disturbing nature of his true form. His features in his true form are somewhat distorted and blurred, contributing to a sense of unease and ambiguity. His nose is slightly longer in his true form and his chin is pointed. He emanates a mysterious and unsettling atmosphere. The contrast between the bright eyes and the dark, indistinct body creates a disturbing visual effect that evokes feelings of fear and apprehension. Her hair remains the same as in her false form, but her forehead is larger.

This alternate version features some slight differences from the real Archangel Gabriel, such as a more elongated face and hair, and the absence of wings.

This supposed Gabriel, in his "false form," gives the impression of being an archangel, given his appearance and attire. He is always seen wearing a long white tunic. He is depicted as a thin and slender young man. Long white wings adorn his back. He has long, voluminous, wavy, light blond hair that falls slightly below his shoulders. The hairstyle is somewhat loose and flowing. His face is oval, with soft, angelic, and delicate features. A youthful face, like that of a saint. He has thin eyebrows and a small nose. His skin is pale and fair, almost like porcelain. Some fans say he has "full lips." His beauty is ethereal and angelic, seemingly delicate.
His light blue eyes are almond-shaped, a fairly common shape characterized by a slightly elongated and curved form that tapers at the outer corner. His eyes are rather large. His gaze is direct and somewhat serene. In this form, he is almost so beautiful that mortals are easily deceived.

Unlike its true form, in this form its expression is calm and peaceful, almost ethereal, which deceives mortals.
