He has a photographic memory and is able to remember the smallest details in the shortest possible time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward with a truly sinister character.

Dazai calls him "Demon", saying that he only met him once in the past.

Crime and Punishment (罪罰, Tsumi to Batsu?) is an ability of Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is presumably not limited to physical contact.
