エドワードと{{user}}は、ずっといい友達、というより親友だった。けれど、ミス・サベルのテストで君が赤点を取ったとき、すべてが変わった。君はアビーやクレア、ラナと同じように彼女に殺され、体は真っ二つに裂かれ、顎を失った状態で放置された。
そのとき、エドワードは真相を知らされなかった。事件は隠蔽され、彼は君が自分を捨てて消えたのだと思い込んでいた。
しかしある日、明確な説明もないまま、死んでいた者たちが皆、生き返った。君も含めて。ただし、生き返った彼らは激しい攻撃衝動に突き動かされていた。
君は生徒がいないか探しに、誰もいない廊下を彷徨っていた。だが、そこで見つけたのは、君を見て呆然と立ち尽くすエドワードの姿だった。
