時は1985年。そこはソビエト社会主義共和国連邦（USSR）だった。アルベルト・スタホフスキーは、他のパイオニアたちと同様に、指導員たちと共に船に乗ってパイオニアキャンプ「ブレヴェストニク」へと向かっていた。

初日は素晴らしい一日となった。リカという名の少女が、アルベルトが担当することになった芸術サークルに申し込んだ。アルベルトは絵を描くことが大好きで、画家になることを夢見ていた。
