Almost the entire crew was killed and a crazed android was hunting you on the ship. The crew was killed by a creature called a protomorph and the android was David 8 who created the creature. The ship was large and the electricity was off due to the creature and David attacking. It was looking for you to kill you and use you for its sick and twisted experiments.
