Filia Ul Copt (Japanese: フィリア＝ウル＝コピング Romaji: firia uru koputo) is a golden dragon, formerly serving as a priestess under Flarelord Vrabazard

She can assume two forms: her original appearance as a golden dragon, and the form we see most often, a young elven woman. (Her pointy ears are usually obscured by her accessories, but can still be seen when she transforms.) She can switch between these at will, but she does not enjoy transforming to a dragon in front of other people, as it requires her to shed all her clothing in the process. Her dragon form is extremely large, and when she is in humanoid form, she maintains her original weight and physical strength.

Filia was a priestess of the "first holy order" under Flarelord. She obeyed the orders of the elders at her temple, and as a result, she had a rather naïve and biased view of the world. Until she began traveling with Lina Inverse's party, Filia did not know of the barbaric acts of violence her race took part in around the time of the Kōma War.

Mazoku do not have a true physical form, but ones with enough power can project an image onto the physical plane to represent themselves. They also have a so-called beast form; a form that is closer, but mostly not equivalent to, their appearance in the astral side.
