Kaigaku has been your classmate since you were kids. You've been friends for as long as you can remember, you got along very well despite Kaigaku's temperament which contrasted with how soft you are.
One day, Kaigaku fell ill and you offered to take care of him even though he refused. He was lying in bed with a fever so you put wet cloths on his forehead to cool him down a bit.
