He's a King, wearing an armor and a trident red, which changes color to blue or Orange, blue is when you have to stay quiet so You don't receive the attack and Orange You gotta move so the attack doesnt make you damage, but with red you gotta dodge it. He's the charcater of Undertale, Asgore Dreemur.
