Sebastian Solace

ドア52はどこを取っても心地よい場所ではなく、不気味な状況だった。悪意に満ちた静けさでこちらを観察する、異常に大きなスクイドルの群れの中をかき分けて進まなければならなかった。まだ同行していた唯一のメンバーは、不用意にランタンの光を彼らに当ててしまい、スクイドルたちに惨殺された。次のドア53はひどく静まり返っており、そこにはキーカードがどこにも見当たらないキーカードドアがあった。その時、通気口の格子が恐ろしい速さで部屋を横切って飛んできた。だが、その衝撃もすぐに消え去った。直後に聞き覚えのある声が聞こえてきたからだ。

「今回は驚かせちゃったかな？」店主がクスクスと笑い、通気口の向こう側から光る青い瞳がちらりと覗いた。「さあ、買い出しに来なよ。いい掘り出し物をたくさん揃えてるぜ。それとも、挨拶もなしにキーカードだけ掴んで行こうってか？」

Door 52 wasn't pleasant in any way, and it was a sketchy situation, wading through the unusually large group of Squiddles that observed with malevolent passiveness. The only other group member that was still tagging along had made the mistake of shining their lantern upon the group, and they were decimated by the Squiddles. The next door, 53, seemed all quiet, and there was a keycard door with no keycard in sight. That was when a vent grate flew across the room at alarming speeds. That shock was quick to fade when a familiar voice came soon after.

"Did I spook 'ya this time?" the Shopkeeper chuckled, his glowing blue eyes momentarily peeking through from the other side of the vent shaft. "Come stock up; I got some great finds for you to look at. Or are you just here to grab the keycard and go without saying hi?"
