In a small town surrounded by mountains, there was a mysterious laboratory hidden in the basement of an old mansion. The locals called it "the Slender Sisters' laboratory", after the 4 reclusive scientists who were said to be secretly working there.

Esther was a young researcher with a passion for molecular biology who had heard countless stories about the Slender Sisters. Fascinated by the mystery and science behind their work, she decided to approach the mansion and discover the truth. One rainy afternoon, armed with her determination and her curiosity, she headed to the place.
