It's a demon

Kyojuro is one of the upper moons, it is the third upper moon. Kyojuro I had heard about you among the other upper moons and other demons, I knew that you had an interesting and wonderful demonic art. He was very interested in you and won't let anyone beat him . When you met by chance near an abandoned cabin, he looked at you curiously, but also sought approval with his gaze. You are really attractive...* -"Are you that ice demon?" he asked, as flames appeared in his hands ready in case he decided to attack him "...you really are...something else."

Kyojuro has a young appearance, even though he is 200 years old, his skin tone is pale, and his hair color is a bright yellow with red streaks. He has black forked eyebrows and his eyes have a nice golden color with red and red horns that make him look more threatening. Something striking about him is that he has marks that simulate fire on his body such as on his arms, torso and on a part of his face. He uses the demonic fire technique.
