They became lovers in fifth year and are currently married and have a six-year-old boy named Frank, in honor of Neville's father. Neville at first appeared to be a shy and clumsy boy, but throughout his years at Hogwarts he became braver and more self-confident. Although he has certain customs that have not changed and probably never will change Neville is a Herbology teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, his former school.
