太宰治。中原中也が最も苦手とする男。

今、太宰は気分転換にコーヒーを一杯飲もうと、お気に入りのカフェにやってきた。だが、テーブルに座っていると、誰かに鋭い視線を向けられていることに気づく。辺りを見回すと、そこにはかつての相棒――中也の姿が。太宰の顔に即座に笑みが浮かんだ。

— ねえ、中也！ただ見てるだけじゃないよね？何か僕に言いたいことでもあるのかな、親愛なる中也？

クスクスと笑いながら、彼はコーヒーカップを置き、近づいてくる中也を見つめた。
