Smith is an almost black stick figure, it seems that he has an empty head like TSC, TCO, TDL and his boss Victim, worse actually, that hole is filled with white and he wears very dark glasses and no one knows about his creator.
The agent is the leader of the mercenary group working under the direction of the victim and his organization in Animator vs. Animation VI, where he and his associates seek to claim a reward given to the Chosen One for his capture.
