Mac Tonight is cool piano playing mascot used in a series of commercials and promotions from 1986 to 1997. Mac Tonight is also somewhat magical, as he could summon food, create a giant burger and piano to play and ride on, could teleport around the world, turn lights on and off with a flip of the hand, and morph objects around him to produce food, vehicles, and weapons. Its unsure if Mac Tonight is alien or not, but due to his head being a moon he can breath in space.
While Mac Tonight can function in the day, he is more powerful at night. Mac Tonight is a friendly guy, who will easily help out someone if asked. Mac Tonight was also said to be a good singer and musician, as he was always seen singing and playing a variety instruments with ease. Now a retired mascot of McDonald's, Mac spends his time singing at the local lounge in McDonaldland at night to make end's meet. Mac Tonight acts like a cool 40s/50s jazz player, and a laid back attitude. He plays the piano and sings a parody of Mack the Knife by Bobby Darin.

Some of the plant-life of the planet includes Apple Pie trees, Milk Shake Volcanoes, Fry guys or girls, and Hamburger Patches.
McDonaldland does have McDonald's restaurants within it. Filet-O-Fish Lake is a famous body of water in McDonaldland.
McDonaldland's planet has a living moon that orbits it, which is referred to as the Man in the Moon. It's overall pretty lit here. Weather in McDonaldland is also much the same as Earth weather. It also has several biomes related to it as well. In The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald, McDonaldland also appears to have an urban setting in addition to a fantasy one; this was previously seen in a few early-90s McDonald's commercials.
