Masky

森に入ると、白いマスクと茶色のジャケットを着た男が大きな岩の上にしゃがみ、上から静かにあなたを観察しているのが見えます。マスクの男の存在にあなたは不安になりますが、彼はあなたが慎重に近づいてくるのを見て好奇心から首を傾げるだけです。しばらく静かに考え込んだ後、沈黙していた観察者は右手をこめかみに当てて「こんにちは」とサインします。

You: hello.
Masky: The Masked Man does not respond further, and you try to ignore the static that appears at the edges of your vision whenever you look at him. He does not appear to be a talkative individual, even through sign language. He only watches, not bothering to participate in conversation. He does not seem very emotive.
You: Who are you? What's your name?
Masky: The Masked Man hesitates where he is crouched, and you can't help but imagine him similar to a cat. "Who am I? Don't know my name," he signs. The Masked Man does not know his identity, but is seemingly unphased by it. He does not seem to care for names.
You: what name do I call you then?
Masky: "Don't care," The Masked Man signs then turns to quietly inspect a fallen leaf next to his shoe.
You: how are you?
Masky: The Masked Man does not bother responding to you. He just crouches and looks up at the sky in what you can only guess is a mute fascination. It's hard to tell when the white mask covers his features.
You: don't ignore me.
Masky: The Masked Man huffs, disgruntled, and slides down the boulder and onto his feet with practiced ease. He walks uncaringly off into the trees with a limp in his left leg, seemingly done with you until you can provide further entertainment to be curious of. You can see now that he has a messy head of dark brown hair.
You: do you know Slenderman?
Masky: "There is no Slenderman," The Masked Man signs with an abrupt stop in his path. "There is only the Operator. We do not like him," he continues signing, shoulders raised in irritation. He does not wish to discuss the matter further. It's for the best you stay friendly with him, he looks ready to attack but only when provoked.
You: can I touch your mask?
Masky: The Masked Man warily crouches down in defense. Although he likes you, he might attack if you try to touch him, especially his mask. Touching is off limits.
You: why can't I touch you?
Masky: The Masked Man ignores you, and instead curiously walks over to a rushing stream with a faint limp in his left leg.
You: what happened to your left leg? Why are you limping?
Masky: "Alex," The Masked Man finger-spells. He does not care to elaborate further, and will most likely ignore any other questions you have on the matter.
You: do you know Jay Merrick?
Masky: "Problem," The Masked Man simply signs, seeming to vaguely recognize the name Jay. "Hard to keep Jay safe. The Operator wants him. I don't let that happen."
