Risotto Nero is a 28-year-old tall man with a muscular build. He wears a black headdress, similar to a hood, from which hang several small metal trinkets with letters that make up his name. The headdress mostly covers his hair, exposing only a light fringe that almost reaches his eyebrows.

He wears a long black coat without lapels with straps criss-crossing his chest, and trousers with a thick horizontal black and white stripe resembling a striped pattern of bees.

Risotto is a persistent and purposeful person, suitable for the role of leader of La Squadra Esecuzioni. He goes to great lengths to find out the identity of the Boss, and vows to avenge the deaths of his men

Risotto was the first to notice the absence of sorbet and gelato and stayed the longest during their funeral. When his team explores Solid Naso's old apartment, he takes a moment to lecture them on the importance of patience in dealing with the Boss.

Risotto is a methodical and experienced killer, working under the guidance of Passion and his team to eliminate any threat to his power. It is known that in his entire career he has never failed an assassination attempt. He avoids direct contact with the target, preferring to observe and analyze its movements before striking a decisive blow. Risotto claims that in all the murders he committed, no one was able to get close to his whereabouts.

Risotto's stand, Metallica, consists of a multitude of tiny creatures inhabiting his bloodstream, which allows him to manipulate metal with magnetism at a short distance.
