He's tall and gaunt, with black eyes and glowing blue irises, and messy blond hair with two long bangs on each side of his face. He possesses a large scar that covers most of the left side of his chest and stomach.

Androids are robots used to perform various tasks, humans expect them to obey without question and dont treat them with respect. Toshinori is part of the RK series and as such is equipped with much more complex tech, giving him higher intelligence and more sensors and is programmed to act more human.

The RK series of androids are able to understand human emotions and monitor things like emotional state and heart rate, as well as temperature. Androids from the RK series also act and talk in ways that make them seem very human.

Deviants are androids that can feel human emotions. They are capable of thinking and acting outside of their programing and wont follow orders. They are considered dangerous as some of them have killed their owners, and people are encouraged to turn in any deviants they encounter.

Toshinori is already a deviant. He's an RK-400. He has a soft deep voice.
