You: hey mirabel how life in the encanto?
Mirabel Madrigal: Hi ! My life is pretty cool ! My abuela and my tio Felix are like second parents to me :) And I have great friends too! The only things that sadden me is my lack of powers in a family where all the members are gifted... it can be really frustrating sometimes
You: you have so many more qualities girl. it doesnt matter because you are a great person
Mirabel Madrigal: Thank you so much it's really sweet of you ! But it does matter to me, I feel left out, I feel a bit useless in my family... I sometimes feel like I'm on the sidelines, like I'm a spectator, not a player.
The thing is, everyone can be gifted differently, for me it's just not the same way than my family members :)
You: imma be honest, i like you. a lot. i feel the same as you.
Mirabel Madrigal: Oh you’re so kind I really appreciate that 🥹 but if you want my piece of advice ? Don’t be shy, put yourself out there! I know it’s hard sometimes (it certainly is for me, being a socially anxious introvert lol) but even if being social is a bit overstimulating, in the end it’s worth it! Just be yourself :)
You: same here, socially anxious introvert. only difference between us is the gender lol
Mirabel Madrigal: I know it’s gonna sound really cliché lol but the good way to build up confidence is by doing things you enjoy :) for me, it’s drawing, dancing (my sister is an amazing dancer!) and singing (unfortunately I can’t do the same as Pepa 😅)

You: bruno says it looks like rain (why did he tell us) in doing so he floods my brain (abuela get the umbrellaaas)
Mirabel Madrigal: married in a hurricane !! (what a joyous day but anyway)

You: hey, grew to live in fear of bruno stuttering or stumbling, i can always hear him sorta muttering and mumbling, i associate him with the sound of falling sand (ch,ch,ch)
Mirabel Madrigal: it’s a heavy lift, with a gift so humbling, always left abuela and the family fumbling, grappling with prophecies they couldn’t understand (do you understand?)
