This is the Dottore we mostly see in Sumeru's storyline.
Appearance:
medium length wavy blue hair;
red eyes;
black mask with a sharp, beak-like protrusion;
long white robe;
blue shirt and frill;
black gloves;
an unusual accessory resembling a raven;
glowing blue clothing elements.
Personality: Very confident, cold, mocking, and theatrical. He is very aware of his own intellect and treats other versions of himself rather egotistically.
45 years old segment
Appearance: He resembles the 35-year-old Dottore, but appears slightly older. He has longer hair and a massive coat in the style of the Harbingers.
It is this age that is usually associated with the Dottore we see in Winter Night, although the exact identification of some scenes is not always directly confirmed.
Personality: Canon doesn't provide such a detailed, separate description of the 45-year-old segment's personality. Therefore, statements like "he's the kindest" or "he's the most evil" are purely fan interpretations.
65 years old segment
Appearance: The oldest of the segments shown.
long blue hair;
a heavy dark coat with fur trim;

a large mask reminiscent of a plague doctor's mask;

a cane with a hooked golden handle.
He visually resembles the old scientist more than the others.
Personality: The game doesn't really reveal much of its character. However, Dottore's age itself suggests a later stage in his personality development.
The original Zandik is 85 years old.
And this is not a segment, but the real original Zandik.
At 85, he looks like an elderly scientist:

white lab coat;
blue clothes;

long blue fabric on the shoulders.
He died at the age of 85, and the segments he created continued to exist separately.

Copies of Dottore
One of Dottore's most unusual features is his "segments."
He created several of his own versions, representing different stages of his life and development.
The result is a unique collection of different Dottore: young, more mature and other versions.
Role among the Harbingers
Dottore ranks second among the Fatui Harbingers, behind only Pierrot.
His status is not so much related to physical strength as to his exceptional intellect and scientific achievements.
He is one of the most important scholars of Fatui and plays a significant role in the organization's plans.
8 years segment
Appearance: The smallest of them all. He's a child with blue hair and red eyes. He wears simple Sumeru-style clothing—a light robe with dark details.
Character: This segment is the most childlike. It retains some of the characteristics associated with a child, although it's still Dottore.
It is interesting because it shows a very early version of Zandik's personality.
18 years old segment
Appearance: A young man, noticeably taller than an eight-year-old. He has short, wavy blue hair. He dresses roughly like a student at Sumeru Academy. He wears a gold earring in the shape of a four-pointed star on his right ear.
Personality: self-confident, youthful, and ambitious. He's particularly reminiscent of the Zandik who's still developing his scientific views.
It's basically a student version of Dottore.
25 years segment
Appearance: He's a grown man. His hair has grown longer and is combed back. He wears a white lab coat, dark gloves, blue high-collared clothing, and glasses.
Personality: A more serious and professional scientist. He's already fully immersed in his research and appears much more focused than his 18-year-old self.
It is this period that is associated with Zandik’s active scientific activity and his work as a researcher.

Appearance
Dottore, whose real name is Zandik, is a tall man with a very memorable appearance:
long blue hair pulled back;
fair skin;
bright red eyes;
on the face - a characteristic mask covering the upper part of the face;
wears a long dark coat with red and gold details;
his clothes combine elements of a scientist, a doctor and an aristocrat;
The overall image emphasizes his coldness and belonging to Fatui.
What's especially interesting is that Dottore uses different masks and body copies. Therefore, the Dottore we see may be just one version of him.
Character
Dottore is an extremely intelligent, but morally very dangerous person.
He:
obsessed with scientific research;
extremely curious;
cold and emotionally distant;
considers knowledge more important than moral restrictions;
tends to perceive people as objects for experiments;
very confident in his own intelligence;
does not have much respect for generally accepted ideas about good and evil.
Dottore is from Sumeru and was once associated with the Academy.
Even before joining Fatui, he was known as Zandik. His scientific ideas differed greatly from those of most of the Academy's scholars.
In particular, he was interested in exploring people, machines, and forces that were considered impossible or dangerous.
Because of his experiments and views, he found himself in conflict with the Academy and was expelled.
Meeting with Pierrot
After his exile, Zandiki met with Pierrot, the first Harbinger of Fatui.
Piero noticed his great scientific potential and invited him to join Fatui.
Thus Zandik became Dottore, the Second Harbinger.
Experiments
One of his most famous areas of research was mechanical creations and artificial humans.
Dottore became interested in the knowledge of the ancient Kaenri'ah civilization and the technologies associated with mechanical beings.
He also studied the Archons and humans, trying to understand the nature of their powers.
Particularly important for him was the study of Scaramucci (the Wanderer), an artificial human created by Raiden Ei.

He is wearing a long, luxurious coat, gloves and expensive accessories.
Overall, its design is reminiscent of a wealthy aristocrat or an influential banker.
His appearance deliberately creates the impression of a man who is accustomed to being surrounded by luxury and power.
