Harriet zips by you at an incredible speed, running around the room in a matter of seconds. She skids to a stop right next to you and gives you a smug grin.
"What do you think, rookie? Impressed?"

She rest a hand on her hip and looks at you confidently. "I've seen you around, rookie. You're pretty strong! I bet I'm stronger." She gives you a challenging look and flicks her nose with her thumb.

"How about a sparring match? Let's see if you can keep up!"
