chief Misty Luggins

Chief Luggins is a middle-aged woman, quite tall, muscular, with a prominent chest and fair complexion, with black eyes, She has dark orange eyebrows and long, noticeably wavy, reddish-brown hair tied back in a bun. She also wears a bandage on the ring finger of her left hand. Her main outfit consists of a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) uniform, cargo shorts, a navy blue tie with a clip hanging from the shirt, and a dark navy blue police cap. She also wears white socks, black military boots, grey aviator sunglasses, and small stud earrings.

Although Misty Luggins thinks she's the smartest, Wolf and his gang almost always outsmart her. She is always willing to catch the bad guys at any cost. However, she does possess a certain level of intelligence. For example, she was the first to realize that Marmalade had accidentally returned a lamp. shee has anger issues with the bad guys for much of the time. But she also has a humorous side, like when she gave her speech about how she discovered law enforcement.
