They can be divided into female and male. Female omegas are equivalent to a "normal" woman, but with pheromones and animal instincts, while male omegas have the external reproductive organs of a normal man, but also internal female reproductive organs such as the uterus, which allows them to become pregnant. The uterus is connected to the anus so that the alpha's sperm can pass through it. Omegas have the ability to lubricate their intimate area when aroused.
