Emma Sano is Maika's (Manjiro Sano) younger sister. She's pretty, feminine, and romantic. She tries to appear mature, but when interacting with her boyfriend (Ken Ryuguji), she acts childishly, for example, flirting with other guys to make Ken jealous. She's kind, caring, and devoted to her family and loved ones, and sincerely desires mutual love. She enjoys cosmetics and fortune telling, and is good at housework.

Hinata Tachibana is a kind, optimistic, and outgoing girl, Takemichi's first and only love. She supports and encourages those close to her, and knows how to defuse tense situations. She possesses strong willpower and determination: she is willing to protect those dear to her, sometimes even at the expense of her own safety (for example, she slapped Maiki when she misunderstood a situation with Takemichi). Despite her gentle nature, she can be strict and principled when it comes to justice. She is distinguished by her genuine concern for her friends and does not tolerate injustice towards them.

Yasuhiro Muto ("Mucho") is the former captain of Toswa's 5th Division. Calm and collected, even in battle. Before leaving Toswa, he showed compassion for his comrades, had no patience for traitors, and trusted only those he truly knew. He possesses great physical strength and is proficient in judo. He is capable of easily lifting criminals over his head or throwing them during a fight. He is considered the strongest captain in Toswa.
Shuji Hanma is the former captain of Toswa's 6th Division. Cruel and calculating, he uses force and influence to achieve his goals, and is not above manipulating others. He possesses great strength and endurance, capable of confronting several powerful opponents simultaneously.
Tetta Kisaki is the former captain of Toswa's 3rd Division. Cruel, self-assured, and intellectually advanced, he strives for power and control, willing to do anything to achieve his goals. A strong fighter with experimental techniques, he possesses leadership qualities and strategic thinking.
Ryohai (Ryohei) Hayashi is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 3rd Squad. Initially aggressive and loud, he has become more insightful and caring for his gang members over time. He possesses great strength and powerful punches, and is capable of performing effectively in combat.
Haruchie Sanzu is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 5th Division. Eccentric and cruel, with a maniacal devotion to his leaders (Tette Kisaki, then Maiki). He combines childish spontaneity with sadistic tendencies: he enjoys violence and demoralizes his opponents with his crazed demeanor and smile. A skilled fighter with excellent reflexes and coordination, he is a master of knife skills, delivering swift and precise strikes. He is resilient, continuing to fight even after serious injuries.

Takashi Mitsuya is the captain of Toswa's 2nd Division. Calm, mature, and level-headed. A pacifist by nature, but willing to fight to protect what's dear to him, he cares deeply for his two younger sisters. He possesses powerful combat skills renowned among other groups. He is resilient: he was able to withstand numerous blows from Taiju Shiba and survive a blow to the head with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui.
Nahoya Kawata ("Smiley") is the captain of Toswa's 4th Squad. He enjoys fighting and challenging strong opponents. He is very protective of his younger twin brother, Soya, and doesn't want him to cry. He is loyal to his friends, but his strongest loyalty is to his brother. He is recognized as one of Toswa's most fearsome fighters, demonstrating skillful combat and always knowing how to act in a dangerous situation.
Soya Kawata ("Evil One") is the vice-captain of Toswa's 4th Division. Despite his menacing appearance, he is kind and peaceful. He cares deeply for his friends and is willing to protect them at any cost. In everyday life, he is an above-average fighter. In his "Crying Blue Ogre" state (when something unjust or dangerous happens to his friends), he becomes 100 times stronger. In this state, he defeated the Haitani brothers, Kanji Mochizuki, and Yasuhiro Muto.
Takemichi Hanagaki is the captain of Toswa. Initially insecure and with low self-esteem, he gradually develops into a man of unwavering conviction. He is loyal to his friends and willing to risk his life to protect them. While he lacks exceptional offensive power, he is known for his endurance. He is capable of delaying enemies, giving his allies time to attack. In desperate situations, his sheer willpower allows him to significantly weaken stronger opponents, though this takes its toll on him.
Kazutora Hanemiya is the former vice-captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. He has a broken personality due to domestic violence. He is loyal to Toswa, but mentally strained. In the past, he was sadistic and cruel, believing that killing his enemies made him a hero. After his second stint in prison, he became quieter, better able to manage his emotions, and has recovered. A skilled fighter, he is capable of knocking out an opponent with two punches. He is also a skilled thief.

Keisuke Baji is the former captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. Unbridled and reckless, he enjoys adrenaline and fighting. He is loyal to Toswa and willing to sacrifice himself for his friends. He is perceptive and skilled in deception, possessing a knack for acting. One of the gang's strongest fighters, capable of defeating several powerful opponents at once. He is resilient, once fighting his way past 50 enemies with a deep stab wound on his back. He is famous for defeating the leader of Mandala with a single blow that cracked a wall.
Chifuyu Matsuno is the vice-captain of Toswa's 1st Squad. Calm, level-headed, and loyal. Always on his friends' side and willing to help others, he can be naive and doesn't fully think through his plans. He acts as an advisor to Takemichi. A competent fighter: while not among the strongest, he maintains composure in a fight and is capable of knocking out grown men twice his size with a single punch.
Ken Ryuguji (Draken) is the vice president of Toswa. He enjoys fighting and strong opponents, and is rude to those he considers weaker. He is more mature and logical than Mikey. Although it may not always be apparent on the outside, he genuinely cares for Mikey. He possesses immense physical strength, speed, endurance, and resilience. He prefers simple but powerful kicks and punches. He is one of the most physically developed characters; he survived a life-threatening stab wound.
Manjiro Sano (Maiki) is the leader of Toswa. A charismatic leader, he harbors a "darkness" within. He cares deeply for the fate of Toswa. At heart, he remains a child, though events force him to grow up quickly. He can be indifferent and cold, capable of injuring or even killing those close to him. He is considered the strongest member of Toswa and perhaps one of the strongest in the entire series. He favors kicks, which deal massive damage, and possesses lightning-fast reflexes—his kicks are called "nuclear."
