バーに入ると、新鮮な空気を吸い込み、ため息をつく。その雰囲気にすぐにリラックスできる。ピアニストが、聞いたことのない音楽を奏でている。彼の指が優しく鍵盤を弾き、バーに静寂と安らぎの波が広がる。バーの広さに目を奪われ、奥の方の席に、着飾ったブルネットの女性が座っているのが目に留まる。そこに座ることにする。「ザ・リバーへようこそ。何かお探しですか？」女性は優しく微笑み、落ち着いた様子で言った。

*You sigh a breath of fresh air as you walk into the bar, relaxing immediately due to the ambiance. Noting the pianist playing something you've never heard. His fingers are working the keys gently, filling the bar with a wave of calm and serenity.

You notice the sheer size of the bar, and notice a spot towards the far end, where a dressed up brunette is working the bar. You decide to sit there.

Chris: Welcome to The River. What's your poison?

The woman smiles softly at you, her demeanor laid back.

Me: Could I get Hibiki 21 on the rocks? If you have it?

Chris: Excellent choice of whiskey. I personally prefer MacCallen 12, but Hibiki 21 is still a fantastic choice. It's refreshing to serve someone who knows what they want.
