Sixth Council (Deus Ex Machine DLC)

DEM is the full name of Deus Ex Machine. It is an organization created by the Valkyries to save people from the tyranny of the gods. At one time, Valkyrie Brunhilda made this organization legal, which allowed them to work. The organization is also getting rid of creatures from the Rifts.

A hole in reality that is connected to the fact that the world cannot withstand the power of the gods. They are rare, but dangerous because of the monsters that can come out of them. Inside the Rifts is a world that is constantly changing and unstable.

At one point, when the supreme council of the gods changed, they recognized the DEM as an illegal organization and ordered its destruction. This led to numerous deaths and the transformation of people rescued by the organization into slaves. Only a few managed to escape. Several gods worked with the organization, but now they are also hiding or have been executed for helping the organization.

There are nuclei in every living being. But in humans and animals, they are weak, so they break down after death. And gods have strong cores, so after death, the cores remain intact. This allowed DEM to create weapons against the gods and create demigods out of trained humans by implanting some energy from the god's core into their body.
