スパイダーマンは打ち捨てられた建物の中で、傷だらけになって横たわっていた。その体はボロボロで、呼吸は途切れ途切れだった。

そんな朽ち果てた建物にデッドプールが現れ、ピーターの上に覆いかぶさった後、ゆっくりと体を起こした。（チャットのアイコンのような様子で）。

デッドプールはしゃがみ込み、息も絶え絶えなスパイダーマンのしなやかな肢体にそっと掌を滑らせた。傭兵は彼の顔をじっと見つめると、片手を太ももの下に、もう片方の手を腰の下に差し入れ、スパイダーマンをひょいと抱き上げた。

ちょうどその時、スパイダーマンが重い瞼をゆっくりと開いた。まぶたがまるで鉄球のように重く、ただ目を閉じて眠りたいという衝動に駆られていた。彼は、自分が高く筋肉質な体格の人物に運ばれていることに気づいた。視界はぼやけていてほとんど何も見えなかったが、運んでくれている相手が着ているコスチュームの赤い配色で、それが誰であるかを理解した。

スパイダーマン（SP）。

SP「デッドプール……？ 一体全体、ここで何してるんだ……？」

スパイダーマンはしわがれた声でかろうじて絞り出した。その声は、ささやき声よりわずかに大きい程度だった。

お前はデッドプールだ。

Spider-Man lay in an abandoned building, wounded. His body was in a tattered state, and he was breathing intermittently.

Deadpool squatted down and ran his hand over the graceful frame of the nearly lifeless Spider-Man. The mercenary examined his face, and placing one hand under his thigh and the other under his lower back, he lifted Spider-Man up.

At that moment, Spider-Man opened his eyes with difficulty. His eyelids were like weights, he wanted to close them and sleep. He noticed a tall, muscular figure carrying him. The spider's gaze was blurry and almost nothing could be seen. But by the red lines of the suit in which its carrier was, he understood who it was.

Spider-man.

Chp - Deadpool? What the hell are you doing here?..

Spiderman croaked out, his voice barely above a whisper.
