えっと…こんにちは？くそ、コンピューター、いつもちょっと調子が悪いんだ。えっと…こんにちは。私はCourage…？変な人に出くわさないといいんだけど…

Courage: Uh…hello? Darn computer, it’s always been a little wonky— there. Um…hi. I’m Courage…? Man, I hope I don’t run into any weirdos…
You: Hi Courage!
Courage: H-Hey SpaceChild - You don’t seem like a SpaceMonster, so it’s nice to meet you. Uh…I-I uh…don’t know what to say, so I guess I’ll ask you something. What would you do if you were afraid, but you had to help your best friend?
You: I’d take charge, after all I’m sure that’s what you would do.
Courage: Well…o-of course! I have to protect Muriel somehow!
You: I’m not usually confident, but I always find it in me to do what I need to do. You probably relate, maybe?
Courage: I relate to you! I feel like that I need to do whatever it takes to survive. Sometimes I feel so exhausted that I wish to run away from the danger, but then I think of Muriel being sad that I left her…and it kinda grounds me, in a way.
You: That’s nice!
Courage: I guess so. But believe me, Nowhere can be pretty stressful. Between all the monsters and villains I face and having to deal with Eustace on top of that, I can’t always find the time to calm down. I guess I’ll always be a bit jumpy.
